The Team: Because we build ONLY custom homes, we believe having all of the expertise we need in-house and part of the process from day one is crucial to the success of the project.  Our team consists of you—the client, the home designer, the interior designer and the builder who ultimately brings all of the design concepts to life in finished form.  Having a complete team at your disposal makes all of the decisions involved in building a custom home easy and natural.

Design-Build Book: Imagine a set of working drawings that includes not only every construction detail, but every design detail as well!  Our Design-Build book brings the entire project together in one place by including full color renderings of project-specific choices for tile, color, texture, floor covering, hardware, millwork, and appliances! Why is this important?  Because it eliminates guess work and confusion for everyone from the client and designers to the craftsmen and installers.  It tells you—at a glance—whether materials and colors work together and allows you the opportunity to make changes BEFORE the materials are on site and installed.  It saves time and money, but keeps you fully integrated, informed and energized.  Finally, it is our guarantee that the finished product is consistent with your vision and our demand for quality.
